Funds will be used to purchase sets of Science, Math and Social Studies DVDs which have the same programs in both English and Spanish. The Spanish Bilingual Research Services staff member will watch the DVDs with the Spanish-speaking students and lead discussions in their native tongue. These students will then watch the DVDs in English with the rest of the class, helping them better understand the concepts and leading to more class participation. $219
